Whether household skills, to social skills, What skills can you develop through reading?
Can you develop skills of cleaning or mechanical or cooking by reading a book? Suggestions?
Literacy is the skill you can develop through reading…which is maybe one of the most important skills to have.
You can not develop any of the other skills you mention through reading…but you can gain knowledge and understanding on all those subjects by reading. You then have to practice what you learned through reading to develop skills.
