What resume format is best when with the same Company and position for many years?
I am in retail management,and have worked for the same company for over 30 years. Most of my Work history has been in the same position(manager),however,I have worked in several locations within the company.
Which resume format would be best if I were seeking employment with another retail corporation.
Chronological,Functional,or a hybrid of both?

I would go with a functional approach. Having a chronological element is still important because it will allow you to show your tenure with the organization, but can also movement within as well. Without knowing much about your Experience, I would try something like this:
Company Name – Various Locations (1982 – Present)
Manager, Retail Operations – Los Angeles, CA (Dates)
Brief overview of your role.
– Achievement
– Achievement
Assistant Manager, Retail Operations – Chicago, IL (Dates)
Brief overview of your role.
– Achievement
– Achievement

If you have really held the same title with essentially the same responsibilities for all these years, then you could take this approach:
