Latest Resume Format 2010
What could be the reason why my Resume isn’t getting alot of call backs…2/30 callbacks?
I regret doing this, but I quit my last working as gas station clerk in late sept 2010 and still haven’t found a job. On my apps I put my reason for quiting as lack of hours….real reason was that I quit b/c I assumed I was gonna get fired. ( i know…i know…stupid)
My last job was working as a truck driver/courier and that was from June 06 to Nov 2008 and I put reason for quiting was returning to School.
In My Resume I also have sub bullet points. I format it this was to make it easier to read and because I think it makes it stand out.
What do you think the biggest problem of why I’m not getting any call backs is?
Jobs, jobs, jobs. You have learned a life lesson and you know that. So, things are not a total loss. It is easier to have a job if you have a job. Things are difficult at this time. It is unfortunate that it does not look like things will get better anytime soon. Keep looking. Learn about new business and companies moving to your location. Try to be smart as to who you send Resumes to; look for those with success stories in the news, better earnings, expanding, etc.
